translation workshop with German and Romanian poets. May, 2008

Between 14-18 May, together with the Cultural Institute Romania, we organized a translation workshop with participants from Germany and Romania.

Sabine Küchler, Hans Thill and Ernest Wichner met with poets Constantin Acosmei, Iulian Tănase şi Vasile Leac and translated their poems into German.

The translations were published in the autumn of 2009 by the Wunderhorn publishing house and the Romanian poets were invited for public readings and meetings with the German public.
